RESOLUME ARENA 5 ANIMATION SOFTWARE
Avenue is the VJ software you know and love with all these new features. If you're eager to see the new features, here's a quick list with links to the big hitters:Ī major difference is that Resolume 4 now comes in 2 editions. There are a few powerful new features added, and they are described in detail below. Also the interface is nearly identical, so you'll feel at home right away. These artists may not use the audio features of Resolume Avenue 4 but they will definitely be hammering the video mixing options and OpenGL accelerated video effects. They mix video clips live to accompany music. Resolume 4 Avenue & Arena Manual Introduction Controlling Resolume Avenue with Ableton Live.

Presumably when talking about led strips you mean using led tape, rather than a led batten type fixture (e.g. LED strips are controlled via dmx, and require either an artnet node or a usb-dmx device (artnet is preferred for various reasons and more recent versions of resolume don't support usb-dmx). An LED panel (or video wall) is essentially the same as a projector or a normal computer screen. So the two things you mention, led strips and led panels, despite the similar names are dealt with completely differently.
